In a kadhai pour the oil add jeera,GingerGarlic paste sauté well then add grated Gobi saute and add one by one all spices saute till the smell disappears.Garnish with coriander leaves.stuffing is ready.

Take Wheat flour,salt,water make a dough for paratha

Take a one lemon size dough forms small cups with the dough add 1tspn of Gobhi stuffing then close the edges and roll to make paratha.

Now add paratha over the heated pan and roast with little of ghee or butter until golden from both sides.

Paratha is ready.Serve with curd
