Make sure all your ingredients are fresh and at room temperature for better result.

Here are the ingredients. Start by adding your minced meat in a bowl, add grated onion, ginger and garlic, rosemary, paprika, chilli powder, and soy sauce and mix

Next form a ball with the meat and flatten it with your palm in to patties. Refrigerate for 20 minutes

Make the pancake batter. Line your baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly and bake

Mean while dry the burger patties (shallow fry) and set aside
- 6
Your pancake is ready, add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the patties and broil in the oven till the cheese spreads

To assemble cut the pancake in to medium sized squares, spread ketchup or any spread of your choice like cream cheese or mayo followed by the burger patties then sandwich cheese followed by the cucumber and another layer of pancake.

I used a skewer to secure the burger. Serve warm ❣️

You can make the pancake mix in large batch. I always have one in my kitchen in case of emergency. You just need to save it in an airtight container
