Ingredients

  1. 10 piecescarrot
  2. Honey
  3. 10oranges
  4. And a large ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the carrot and ginger in to pieces.

  2. 2

    Extract the orange juice,

  3. 3

    In a blender put the carrot, ginger, the extracted orange juice. Add a litre of water and blend everything together.

  4. 4

    Extract/sieve the juice from the chaft, add/sweeten/adjust with some honey. Store in the Refrigerator and drink/enjoy at anytime you want!
