Sautéed Mixed Veggies

This is a very quick recipe, ideal to make when you've got a tight schedule. I used mixed frozen veggies, that had artichokes, peas, broad beans, brussel sprouts, carrots and french beans. I love crunchiness of the veggies. This can be served as a side dish.
