Ingredients

Flour 3 ounces 6 tbsp
Caster sugar 2 ounces 4 tbsp
1Egg
Butter 2 ounces 4tbsp
1 pinchYellow food colour
dropsVanilla or lemon essence few

Steps

1

Beat butter and sugar well, add egg and beat well, add flour, essence and Food color, fold all together.

In a piping bag, put all batter in it, don't grease your baking tray just dust some flour on it,

Make small coins size dots from piping bag on a baking tray, with some distance
4

Bake them in pre heated patila on mrdium to low heat for 20 minutes
5

Let them cool down so they become crispy.

Store them in air tight container and enjoy #cookpadramadan #CookPadRamadan
