Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 2pork shoulders, cut into pieces
  2. 2onions
  3. 2green onions (scallions)
  4. 1/2bell pepper
  5. 1/2 cupwine (about 120 ml)
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. Chopped garlic and parsley, 2 bay leaves, oregano, and a pinch of
  8. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First, sear the pork, then add the chopped vegetables.

  2. 2

    Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender and a fork easily pierces the pork.

  3. 3

    To serve, I made a salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, and lettuce from the garden—a delicious, unique flavor.
