Soak sago and peanut separately for 4-5 hours

Roast 1tbs peanut and remove skin. Mix coconut, ginger, roasted peanut add little water and grind it to fine paste.

Heat oil in pan add cumin when splutter add curry leaves, chillies, ginger paste, saute for 1 minute, now add boiled potatoes and rock salt mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat oil in pan add cumin when splutter add curry leaves, soaked peanuts saute for 2-3 minutes, add chillies saute for 1 minute, add coconut paste and rock salt add 2 cups of water and cook for 1 boil. Now add sago and cook for 2 minutes.

Take bowl put 1 tbs potato bhaji, pour coconut and sago gravy and garnish with potato sev.
