Whisk the eggs in a bowl add sugar and salt

Add flour cardamon & cinnamon mix with the eggs

Add water little by little as you mix to get a smooth thick paste

Heat pan and pour a small amount on the pan

Spread it all round using the back of a spoon

Brush oil on each side

It's ready when you get brown spots on each side

Repeat the same with remaining paste
- 9
Enjoy with a cup of tea
