Ingredients

  1. 500 gmssoya chaap
  2. 1/2 tspmeat masala powder
  3. 5 tbsptomato puree
  4. 1/4 tspdegi mirch powder
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  6. to tasteSalt according
  7. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspmeat masala poder
  9. 100 mlwater
  10. 5 tbspoil
  11. Indian cooking(snacks)

Cooking Instructions

20minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan and add oil to it followed by soya chaap pieces

  2. 2

    Fry until browning stage

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste and stir continuously

  4. 4

    Now add tonato puree followed all other spices and water

  5. 5

    Let it be dry i.e till it starts sticking to pan

  6. 6

    Serve in plate by sprinkling coriander leaves and to enhance the presentation also give 3-4 wedges of lemon on top
