Learnt this from our in house chef .
Steps

In a saucepan on medium heat add in beef let it cook stirring and breaking lumps. Add onion and pepper stir cook for 3min. Add carrots and tomatoes stir cover and cook for 10min.

Add 1/2 cup water to the beef season well let it simmer 5min. Turn off the heat

Grate cheese. Start layering your lasagne. Spread bèchamel sauce at the bottom of the bread tin. Lay down lasagne sheet I used homemade pasta. Then bèchamel sauce.

Spread like 2- 3 tbs minced meat. Sprinkle the grated cheese. Repeat this steps for the last layering. Putting more cheese at the top. Bake at 180 for 45min. Serve hot.
