Steps
- 1
Roughly chop the pineapple, cucumber, and carrot to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the pineapple to the juicer first, followed with the ginger, cucumber and carrot. Pour into a chilled glass, stir, and serve. Can be refrigerated in shaker cup or Mason jar up to 12 hours. Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.

Cut a whole fresh pineapple into 2" cubes, use what's needed and freeze the rest in 1/2 c servings for quick and easy future smoothies. If you want to add sparkle, mix 1/2 c of juice with 1/2 c of seltzer for a yummy, nutrient-packed fruit spritzer. This juice also works great when you add the texture and colour of the seeds of 1/2 pomegranate.
