Again, another first trial and I must say it was everything I expected!

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and cover it, let it sit for about 30 minutes to an hour to allow the yeast to activate.

Give the mixture a good mix and pour it into an oiled pan. Place the pan on low heat an cover. Do not disturb the mixture let it sit for about 15 minutes. After which it will have solidified.

Transfer it into an 175°c preheated oven for another 10 to 15 minutes depending on the power of your oven.

Set aside to cool the remove from the pan onto a plate. Cut and serve with tea.

Very nutrious and will come in handy this time of Ramadhan as an iftar meal. Ramadhan Mubarak!
