  • 8-10bread slices
  • 1 cupbig (Besan) gram flour
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin whole
  • as per requiredWater
  • 2 tbspoil
  • You can add extra veg

  1. 1

    Mix red chilli powder, salt, cumin in gram flour with water, make a thin batter

    Heat frying pan, Put oil then dip bread slices into batter and put on pan

    Put onion and chopped veg on it

    Roast for 2 mins, flip another side, Roast both side till crispy
