An easy recipe of mango jam for this summers it's preservatives free and can be easily stored in the fridge away from moisture and sunlight for 1 year

In a clean and dry mixer jar add the diced mango and make a very fine puree without adding any water

Heat a pan and add the prepared mango puree cook for 5 minutes

Then add 50 gms sugar cook for 5 minutes on high flame then cook 5 minutes on medium heat

After cooking add the lemon juice

Then take a teaspoon of the prepared jam in a flat plate or tray and slightly tilt the plate if the jam stays on it's place jam is ready and perfect

But if jam runs from it's place cook the jam for few more minutes or till it stays on it place on a plate

When the jam is ready place the jam in a clean dry sterilized glass jar and let it cool then put the lid and store it in the fridge for around 1 year

The jam is ready to be served
