Ingredients

  • Eggs (as many you would use for an omelet)
  • Whatever you use for omelets (I like peppers onions & mushrooms)
  • Frozen hashbrowns
  • Shredded cheese (I use Colby Jack)
  • Omelet toppings like salsa sour cream Tabasco

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your "omelet" ingredients together (enough for one omelet)

  2. 2

    Oil your pan and put a handful hash browns in the pan and pour the omelet mixture on top

  3. 3

    Cook the scrambles til the hash browns and omelet are done top with cheese and let melt a bit

  4. 4

    Top with whatever you like for omelets
