Into a skillet or pan add 1tbsp of oil, and add whole spices, turn on the heat and let tit saute for a min on low heat. Then add garlic and ginger, saute for a while and add onion. Cook onion until light brown.

Add 2 sliced tomatoes, and salt. Cook on medium heat till tomatoes are cooked. Let it cool down. Add 1 uncooked tomato. Remove whole chilli and make smooth puree.

Heat 4tbsp oil into nonstick pan or heavy pan, and add prepared puree. Cook until it release oil. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, salt if needed and cumin and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for a while.

Now add milk and cream and cook for 2mins. Then add hand crushed kasuri methi and simmer for more 2 mins.

Now add corn and capsicum. Mix well and simmer for 4-5 mins.

Serve hot with roti or paratha or naan or kulcha.
