5eggs

2 tspBlack pepper
1 tspRed chili flakes
1 cupOnion chopped
Potato 1 cup cut in cubes
Capsicum 1/2 cup cut in cubes

In a pan add oil saute, onion first now potatoes, fry well for a while.

Now add green chillies capsicum salt, pepper red chili flakes and cook for awhile.

Now add beaten eggs spread evenly. Spread cheese on top. Cook on low flame. Cover the lid to cook perfectly.
