  • Salt
  • 1/2 spoonRed chilli
  • Dhaniysn powder1/2 spn
  • Haldi 1/4 tb spoon
  • Kalongi (optional)
  • Oil for frying

    Peel appl gourd properly n cut from center n in slices

    Take oil in pan little hot to add ginger garlic paste n pour apple gourd n all spices n mix them
