Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgFish
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 spoonChilli powder
  • 1/4 tspoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  • A pinchFood Colour optional
  • as neededOil for deep frying
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the cleaned fish in above ingredients for half an hour

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and fry the fish till it turns slight golden colour

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon on the fried fish and serve hot.
