1/2 kgFish
to tasteSalt
3 spoonChilli powder
1/4 tspoonTurmeric powder
2 tbspGinger and garlic paste
A pinchFood Colour optional
as neededOil for deep frying
1 tsp Lemon juice

Marinate the cleaned fish in above ingredients for half an hour
2

Heat the oil and fry the fish till it turns slight golden colour
3

Squeeze lemon on the fried fish and serve hot.
