  • Iris potatoes
  • Ugu leaves (chopped)
  • Onion,ginger garlic and pepper,curry
  • Dry fish,carrot

    Peel and wash the potatoes then cut, fry your onion with ginger and garlic before putting your fish add little water and pour in the potatoes when it is half done you put in ur ugu leaf.serve hot
