Ingredients

  • Chicken mince half kg
  • Onions 3 chopperized n squeezed its water
  • Bread slices small 4 soaked n squeezed in 1/4 cup milk
  • Corriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspOregano
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tbspCream cheese
  • Yogurt half cup
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspZeera crushed
  • 1 tbspHot sauce
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspGarlic
  • Salad:
  • Onions 2 cut into rings
  • Tomato 1 cut into cubes
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/4 tspChaat masala
  • 4Pita bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all spices along with qeema and chopperize.

  2. 2

    Make kebabs n panfry in 1/4 cup oil.

  3. 3

    Mix the ingredients of sauce n keep in bowl.

  4. 4

    Place ingredients of salad n toss it.

  5. 5

    Toast pita n cut into wedges.

  6. 6

    Arrange kebabs in platter,serve with wedges of pita n sauce alongwith salad
