Just boil the chicken with salt till soft /ready. Wash all your vegetables well and chop them, F or dressing I used 40ml lemon juice, 35ml extra virgin olive oil, pinch of salt and area spoon of dried oregano leaves (put in a bowl and mix well.

Then pour into your chopped veggies and mix well. Serve and enjoy
