Steps

Take a mixer grinder and add mustared seeds, khus khus and green chilli and blend it and make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan add Bhindi and fry it and keep it aside.

Add Kalonji and red chilli whole then add tomato and satue. Add mustared paste and satue. Add salt and termeric powder and mixed.

Add fried bhindi and mixed. Cover and cook it 3-4 min and then add little bit of water and cook it 4-5 min.

Add little bit of mustared oil and mixed and served hot with boiled rice.
