Ingredients

  • 300 gself rising flour
  • 200 gsugar
  • 200 gmagarine
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspstrawberry essence

30 mins
  1. 1

    Measure the ingredients and press heat oven.

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour

  3. 3

    Cream sugar with magarine

  4. 4

    Add 3eggs one by one. Then add essence

  5. 5

    Add flour then fold and cut

  6. 6

    Pour in the greased baking tin. Bake at 180degrees.

    Cool and serve
