Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 dashvanilla extract
  • 1 pinchground nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 165°C

  2. 2

    Whisk all except nutmeg in a bowl until completely combined.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture in custard cups, sprinkle tops with nutmeg.

  4. 4

    Place cups in a hot water bath, halfway up the sides of the custard cups.

  5. 5

    Bake until set, about an hour.

  6. 6

    Cool completely.

  7. 7

    Serve.
