Sieve ur flour add baking powder salt and butter then mix well add water little by little and make a soft dough cover and keep aside

For the fillings get ur sardine and smash it grate ur scotch bonnet and onions put ur pan in the fire add ur scotch bonnet and onions then put ur sardine and little seasonings so that it will not be too much u know sardine has it salt and oil

Then roll the flour mixture add the sardine and roll then deep fry till golden brown

Then fry in oil till golden brown
