Quick and nutritious protein-vitamin rich breakfast meal.

In mixing bowl add and mix all mentioned ingredients for pancakes.Add little water to make smooth pancakes batter(if necessary). Keep aside for 15 mins.

Heat non stick flat griddle. Grease with little oil. Pour a laddle full of prepared pancake batter in circular motion to make pancake. Sprinkle oil and roast/ shallow fry on both sides till light golden brown. Similarly prepared all pancakes.

For preparation of curd sauce..To prepared before hand..... Add & mix all mentioned ingredients for curd sauce in mixing bowl in fresh hung curd. Keep chill till time to serve.

Serve Hot Nutritious Vegetables Curd Pancakes/Chila with curd sauce and any fresh juice for complete healthy breakfast meal.
