    Wash and slice semi ripe plantain thinly

  2. 2

    Add little salt and pepper as desired,allow to infuse for10mins

  3. 3

    Preheat vegetable oil for frying,it must be hot before fr ying,NOTE:when oil is too hot,add more but little vegetable oil to stabilize the heat....
