Brown rice flakes payasam using brown sugar

Let the milk boil and add the washed and squeezed brown rice flakes and keep stirring

Add salt a pinch.once flakes are cooked add sugar,vanilla essence and saffron, switf off the stove

In a pan add ghee add raisins and cashews till it turns golden brown and add to the payasam.

Serve hot / cold
