Kathy's Crème de Menthe Brownies

Ingredients

  1. 1 boxBrownie Mix
  2. 2 cConfectioners Sugar
  3. 1/2 cMargarine
  4. 4 tbspCrème de Menthe
  5. 1 cChocolate Chips
  6. 6 tbspMargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Make your favorite store-bought brownie mix in a 13x9 pan. Let cool.

    Mix sugar, 1/2 c margarine and crème de menthe and spread on top of brownies.

  3. 3

    Melt chocolate chips and remaining margarine and poor over top.

  4. 4

    Place pan in freezer for about 1/2 hour. Remove and cut brownies before the glace gets too hard to avoid cracking. Freeze brownies, serve slightly thawed.
