Wash and rinse the nuts, remove dirt and wash again. Set aside and peel the sweet potatoes.

Cube the potatoes and wash, set aside as well.
In a blender, add the nuts, potatoes, ginger, dates (dabino) and blend until soft. Use a cheesecloth/muslin to squeeze out the milk. - 3
Add a little water to the extract and squeeze out more milk. Discard the pulp (flesh)
Add sugar and milk & flavour to desired taste (optional). Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Voila!
