Start by Slicing Up Everything,and set them aside.Add oil into the pan then the onions and garlic and let them Brown.. then add in the peppers and let them cook for 3-5minutes Then add the spices i used (Mixed spices,paprika, pepper,Cumin seeds)Use the spices you comfortable with😊 Shallow fry the sausage separately then add them to the cooked ingredients let them cook for 5mins then add the Ngwaci let them cook for 4mins and Breakfast is Ready 😊Serve when Hot with a Cup of Tea or Coffee.
