Ingredients

  • 2 cupblackchickpeas
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 10Kari pattay
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspRed chili pwd
  • 2 tspChat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupImli paste
  • Papdi optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add Kari pattay saute for a while, add ginger garlic paste and all spices.

  2. 2

    Cook for a while, now add Imli paste and black chickpeas and bhunify it well.

  3. 3

    It is dry so don't add water, when done turn off your flame.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and papdi.
