Ingredients

  1. 100 gmchicken k keema
  2. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  3. 1 tbsblack pepper
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsphaldi
  6. 1 tspdhaaniya powder
  7. 1 tspgarlic and ginger powder
  8. Oil for fryings

Steps

    Take a bowl put keema in it add red chilli powder black pepper salt haldi and dhaaniya powder and garlic ginger powder mix it well. - cove if with a lid and wait for 2omints -put some butter or oil in your hand so that chicken won't stick to your hand - 2tbs apne hath me le kr usko sticks pr laga de seekh kabab ki shape me or freezer ne rakh dr set hone ke liya 15mint k liya.
