Knead a soft dough using the above dough ingredients and water. Cover it with a muslin cloth for 15-20 minutes.

You can take ready achaar masala from the market too.. I took.. Red chilli powder + amchoor powder + pinch of hing + salt + sauth powder (dry ginger) + roasted jeera + fennel seeds + split rai dal (yellow mustard seeds)... The quantity completely depends on ur taste buds.. I kept little spicy
Mix the ingredients well to ready the stuffing.. - 3
Divide the dough into mini balls (it made 30 kachoris) Flatten ball over ur palm, fill the stuffing and roll it again.

Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till golden crisp brown..

Remove from oil and store in airtight container when it cools... You can just prick the puris after stuffing and make achaari mathri from it... It can be baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (tried and tested)
