Potato ko cube ki shape me kat k salt water me dip kar k rakh den 30 min

Soya palak ko achi tarha dho k kat len

Ik pan me soya palak ko charha den aur uska pani dry kar len

Dusre pan me piyaz translucent karen usme chopped tomato dalen

Jab tomato galne lage to usme red chilli powder haldi add kar k bhunain

Phir thora pani dal den ta k masala na jalay

Phir isme aalu add kar k pani dal k pan ko cover karden.

Jab alu gal jayen to soya palak add karen aur national sabzi masala aur namak

Phir kuch dair cook kar k end me poodenay k pattay add kar k upar se bhagar laga k dam pe rakh den.

Mazaidar soya palak alu ready hai.
