Ingredients

  • 8 pcsmedium size fresh shrimp
  • 2 cubesbutter
  • 1small sachet of tomato sauce
  • 2 cupscoconut milk (kakang gata)
  • 1 tbspginger, minced
  • 1medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tspgarlic, minced
  • 2 tspchopped chili (optional)
  • 2 tbspR_N_ (secret recipe 😜)
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a pan over medium high heat.

  2. 2

    Add shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally until turn to orange, about 2-3 mins; set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté onion, ginger and garlic. Add tomato sauce, cook for 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Pour-in coconut milk. Let it boil and reduce to half (about 15-20mins) Put-in shrimps, add the _E_O. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Turn-off heat and transfer to a serving plate. Serve. Happy Eating 🍽
