Take 1 cup besan and oats in a mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredient except water nicely.

Next,add 1/2 cup of dahi, Whisk it properly. Then add all the chopped vegetables given.and mix with a spoon.Now add sugar,salt,and and mix it well.

After mixing all the ingredients properly,heat the butter or oil in a pan,and fry the batter upside down till it's become soft and fried well.it depends on the quantity of the batter.this will go around 30 mins for all the batter to fried well.

Pancake oats, and besan, chilla is ready to serve with tea.
