In a pan caramelize onions. Add in saumu and ginger. Salt then your spices. I used chicken masala, black pepper, turmeric, and cumin.

Because my chicken was already cooked I added rice then water and cooked it. When almost ready I added chicken stirred, covered then cooked to perfection

You can garnish then serve
