In a sufuria, add some vegetable cooking oil and the onions and let it cook till golden brown

Add the black pepper, a spoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt then stir and let it cook for 3 mins

Add the minced meat and stir and cover it and let it cook for around 7 mins

Add your finely diced tomatoes(or you can blend the tomatoes) and let it cook for 4 mins

Is best served with rice
