Green gram sprouts chat is very healthy and high protein breakfast. I learned this recipe from my mother #breakfastformom

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add onion and fry until lite golden.

Add green chutney, peanut, turmeric powder, salt and cook for few minutes.

Add sprouts, 1/2 cup water and close the pressure cooker lid and cook 2 to 3 whistle.

Then make a chat.

Take sprouts in serving bowl then add some yogurt, chopped onions, dhaniya and tomato.

Your healthy sprouts chat is ready serve with breakfast.
