Cook and keep mashing the veggies until everything comes together.

Firstly boil cauliflower and peas for 5 to 10 mins. Now put butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and all spices,keep it on medium flame for 3 mins.

Put boiled peas and cauliflower and saute it. Add grated potatoes to it.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves and add small pieces of paneer.

Now take it out in a bowl.take a pav and cut it put some butter on tawa and let it melt slightly toast pav like this flip the side and let it toast for a while now your pav bhaji is ready to serve.
