Firstly make dough by mixing all ingredients,knead a soft dough by adding water.now roll chapati,Hot the pan and apply ghee on pan then put roti on tava and cook until it became brown.

And for roti take a dough roll and make simple roti,stuff with salt and chilli and cook on hot tawa.
