Overnight oats are healthy and there is no cooking done so no oil/ghee is required to make it. Which makes it much healthier option for breakfast. And much quicker for those who are working and doesn't have much time for cooking breakfast.

Overnight oats are healthy and there is no cooking done so no oil/ghee is required to make it. Which makes it much healthier option for breakfast. And much quicker for those who are working and doesn't have much time for cooking breakfast.

Take a bowl add oats, milk and honey in it. Give it a good mix and put it in the fridge. Let it rest overnight.

In the morning get your bowl of overnight oats out of the fridge. Now add fruits and nuts to it.

You can choose fruit of your choice. It could be banana as oats and banana together makes your breakfast both healthy and fulfilling. Or in summers you can add mango slices to satisfy your pallet or you can add a diced apple or strawberries.

Almonds and walnuts soaked overnight are considered very healthy and nutritious. Adding them to your breakfast enhance the nutritious value of your food.

Your breakfast is ready in less than five minutes.
