1 bowlbesan
1/2-2/3 cupwater or as required
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 teaspoongaram masala
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspajwain
1/4 tspchaat masala
2potatoes cut in thin slices
As requiredRefined for frying

For making batter in bowl take besan, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain, chaat masala

Add water and mix well

Now add potatoes slices in this mixture

Hot the oil and fry this potatoes on medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown

Serve with tomato sauce
