Ingredients

  1. Pansi is mixer of green dry spinach,methi (green fenugreek leaves),bathua,and green chana
  2. Dry in sunlight
  3. 2 tbspwheat flour
  4. 1 medium spoon mustard spoon
  5. 1 eachonion and tomato
  6. as requiredSome pieces of green chilli and garlic
  7. 1/4 spoon eachcoriander powder,red chilli,turmeric
  8. 1 small spoon salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil all green veg, then take mustard oil then mix on it chopped onion and tomato

  2. 2

    Then mix all spices.after that take 2 spoon wheat atta then mix water on the atta..

  3. 3

    Then mix batter of atta on it

  4. 4

    Leave it for 5 min....your dish ready to eat with chapati and bajara roti
