Peel wash and fry the Irish potatoes and strain the excess oil in a colander

Wash peel and slice the cabbage,green pepper,carrot and set aside
- 3
Grate the tattashe, onion, and pepper. Put a little oil in a pot fry with onion and pour in the grated paste. Add in the Maggi and spices fry for 15minns and add the veggies to stir fry. You can garnish with fish or meat to enjoy
