  1. 10green chillies
  2. 10Garlic Cloves
  3. 4" Ginger
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients with a little salt and 1 tsp Oil. Make a fine paste.

  2. 2

    Don't add water. If you add water. You can't keep for a week. So please avoid water.

  3. 3

    Once it is done. Transfer to a plastic box and keep in a fridge. While Making sabji. You can use this paste. Don't use hand. Use spoon.
