Steps

Take 1 bowl curd and 1 and 1/2 bowl besan.

Take 4-5 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp crushed coriander seed, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp haldi and salt to taste.

Take a patila and mix all the ingredients i.e., besan, curd and all spices. Rest it for atleast 2-3 hours.

Chopped the cabbage.

Now mix the cabbage in batter.

Take kadhai and pour oil. Heat it. Now make pakoras anf fry it.

Hot and spicy cabbage pakoda is ready...
