Slice and flatten the breasts and put aside

In a grinder put all the other ingredients except coriander and grind until smooth

Add the grinded mixture to the chicken breast and mix thoroughly,cover and keep aside for one hour

Heat a grill pan for a minute on low heat and cook 6 minutes on each side.enjoy
